Talk about bad service

Check out this response Adam got from his old webhosting company: Global Dialog Internet.

The reason I made the link using the company name is if enough people do it any Google searches for that name will take you to Adam's post. I encourage you to do the same, lest anyone have the misfortune of giving that guy business.
